Mission, Goals and Who We Serve
Mission – PCAN’s mission is to find a Medical Home for everyone in Orange County (Fla.) and to make health care available to everyone in the community.
Goals – PCAN’s activities are consistent with the federal Health Resources and Services Administration’s (www.hrsa.gov) goal to provide 100 percent access with zero percent disparity. To accomplish this goal, PCAN has been developing an integrated, comprehensive system of primary care centers. These centers provide medical homes for uninsured and underinsured residents of Orange County.
Target Populations – PCAN’s target population includes Orange County residents who are uninsured or underinsured.
